ArcCells株式会社（以下、「当社」といいます）では、お客様のプライバシーの保護が最重要項目の一つであると考えています。
当社は、お客様の個人情報およびプライバシーにかかる事項（以下、「個人情報等」といいます）を安全に保護し、その利用目的を明確にし、正確な情報を確保することに努めています。
本保護方針は、当社がお客様の個人情報等を取り扱う際のポリシーについてご説明したものです。
①個人情報をお伺いする場合について
お問い合わせなどによる、個人情報の取得に際しては、その利用目的、利用方法をあらかじめお客様に告知し、適切な範囲内で個人情報を取り扱います。あらかじめ特定された利用目的以外には利用いたしません。また、目的外利用を行わないために、適切な管理措置を講じます。
②個人情報等の利用について
当社は、お客様の個人情報等を、法的義務などの正当な理由のある場合を除いて、お客様に明示した収集目的以外では利用しません。
③個人情報等の第三者への提供について
当社は、お客様の個人情報等を、特段の事情がない限り、お客様の同意なくしては、第三者に提供しません。

ArcCells Corporation Privacy Policy
ArcCells Corporation (below, ArcCells) considers the privacy of its customers’ private information to be of utmost importance. ArcCells will, to the best of its ability, securely and accurately safeguard the private information of its customers, and make clear as to what purpose this information will be used.
This document serves as a policy to explain the handling of customer information by ArcCells.
1) Collection of personal information
In the event that ArcCells obtains the private information of a customer due to an enquiry etc. ArcCells will notify the customer of how and why the information will be used, and will only acquire information within a scope appropriate to its business. ArcCells will not use customer information for any purpose other than those stated upfront.
2) Usage of personal information
With the exception of possible legal obligations, ArcCells will not use the personal information of its customers where it has not first explicitly stated the reason for collecting said information.
3) Disclosure of personal information with third-parties
Exceptional circumstances aside, ArcCells will not share the personal information of its customers with third-parties without prior consent.
